This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data by e-videncia, a real-time SaaS platform for checklists, evaluations and evidence management at www.e-videncia.cl. The software is developed by ITS-Phoenix Limitada, which acts as the technology infrastructure provider.
1. Role definition (Chile Law No. 21.719)
Customer as Data Controller: companies that contract the SaaS determine the purposes, templates, captured data and on-field evaluations. The Customer is the sole owner of the information and must obtain consent from its operators, supervisors and end customers.
e-videncia as Data Processor: the platform acts as a cloud infrastructure and digital custody provider. It does not own the data, does not sell or share it with third parties outside the service, and maintains absolute secrecy and confidentiality.
2. Data collected and purpose
Registration data: names, email addresses, encrypted passwords and user roles.
Operational evidence: completed checklist forms, photos, audio notes, digital signatures, timestamps and GPS geolocation.
Descriptive AI analysis: data from specific checklists are processed by descriptive algorithms to generate analytical reports, KPIs and control dashboards. The Customer must not enter sensitive data. e-videncia does not use this data to train external public models and does not make automated decisions.
3. Security and protection
Technical and organizational measures are implemented: data encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, firewalls, segregated cloud storage, password-restricted access controls, activity logs and backups. To date, no security breaches have been detected.
4. Offline operation and sync
The PWA app lets you work without a connection. Only checklists and photos are stored locally on the device. Sync is manual and performed by the Customer when a signal is available.
5. Portability and deletion
The Customer may export summaries, dashboards and consolidated files while the account is active. After final termination of the service, and upon the explicit request of the Customer, the databases will be deleted from our servers after a 30-day technical safekeeping period.
6. Contact and ARCO rights
To exercise ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition), you must contact the Customer/Data Controller. For questions about this policy, write to contacto@its-phoenix.cl.
